Put simply, LEGO® Serious Play® is a storytelling tool. The basic process involves building models in response to carefully-crafted, incremental questions from the facilitator, then sharing these with a group.

LEGO® Serious Play® was developed within the LEGO® group over 20 years ago, and was then primarily used as a strategic business tool. In recent years LEGO® Serious Play® has become more widely adopted, especially in education and personal development.
